Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date your order has been shipped, not the date the order is placed.
Please allow an additional 5 business days for regional deliveries.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, delivery may take an additional 2–5 business days.
If you’re concerned about being unavailable to receive your parcel, please contact our Customer Care Team and we can request that your parcel requires a signature or is held at your local Post Office for collection.
Please note that once an order has been placed online, we are unable to make amendments to product selections, customer details, or delivery information.
