Welcome to CORA & COVE. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website.

1. General

CORA & COVE is an Australian jewellery brand offering 18K gold plated jewellery and accessories.

By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

All CORA & COVE jewellery is carefully designed and selected for quality and elegance.

Our jewellery is 18K gold plated, which means a layer of 18K gold is applied over a base metal.

While our jewellery is made to be durable, gold plating may naturally wear over time depending on care, exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and general use.

We recommend removing jewellery before:

• Showering or swimming

• Exercising

• Applying perfumes, lotions, or oils

This will help preserve the finish and longevity of your jewellery.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

CORA & COVE reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

CORA & COVE reserves the right to cancel any order if:

• A product becomes unavailable

• Payment cannot be processed

• Fraudulent activity is suspected 

• Doesn't align with the Australian Law 

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping times may vary depending on location and postal service providers. CORA & COVE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons and subject to law, earrings cannot be returned however an exchanged can be issued if faulty. 

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item.

Approved returns must be:

• Unworn

• In original packaging

• Returned within 14 days of approval

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

The item will be the same just simply replace.

7. Product Care

Jewellery should be handled with care to preserve its finish.

CORA & COVE is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Improper care

• Exposure to chemicals

• Water damage

• Normal wear and tear

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, product images, branding, and design elements are the intellectual property of CORA & COVE and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

CORA & COVE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

10. CORA & COVE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the postal service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
